Red Bridge Central Otago Pinot Noir is produced by one of NZ’s premium, multi-award winning winemakers, who is a master of making fine Pinot Noir.
Produced from premium fruit sourced from a combination of terraced and sloped vineyards around Lake Dunstan in Central Otago, the wine is then aged in oak barrels for around 18 months prior to bottling.
Made in the Burgundy style, this wine is a deep red colour and has a bouquet of savoury perfume with blueberry and red berry fruits. The palate has intense fruit with ripe tannins which give the wine good structure and a ripe lingering finish, and continues to improve with age.
