The tasting at Vino Fino Christchurch on March 22nd focussed on Caruso & Minini’s Sicilian wines. We worked our way through 10 of the wines, from the Methode, through the whites and finally most of the reds to a absolutely full house of around 60 people, which was a great introduction for most of the guests to both Sicily and its wines.
