Red Bridge’s latest tasting was a Valpolicella ‘masterclass’ held at Decant in Mandeville St, Christchurch. A full house worked their way through one Prosecco and 9 Valpolicella wines, including 3 Amarone.
The pinnacle of the tasting was the Le Salette Pergole Vece Amarone, a wine which if correctly cellared will last most of the lifetime of those who tried it!
